We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia and worldwide. Tracking is provided with all shipments. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by Australia Post or international postal agent.
For domestic orders you may choose from standard parcel post or express post shipping. Standard parcel post shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time. Express post is our customers most commonly elected shipping option. Express post generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. We ship from Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

If your order is placed before 11am it will be same day shipping.
